The front board has creases from top to bottom. The gilt lettering on the spine is bright and bold. The rear board has a horizontal crease with rubs to the bottom left hand corner. The front inside board is creased with red numbering to the top right hand corner with tape marks. All of these faults indicate that this is ex library. The front end paper has an ex library label removal mark to the top edge. There are two end of library stamps. The internal pages have occasional fox marks. There is a red pen mark to the bottom text block. The rear inside board has tape marks and staining to the bottom right hand corner.
Dust wrapper/ The front cover has a crease to the top edge. There are rubs to all four corners. The top and bottom of the spine have edge loss rubs and tiny closed tears. The rear panel is a little grubby to the bottom, this runs to the bottom of the rear flap. There are tape marks to the middle edge of the front and rear flap. The rear of the jacket has colour run to the bottom edge and spine. Price cut./2223
