The boards and spine are clean and a little faded. The corners are un bumped. There is a neat inscription to the front end paper, with a small piece of paper stuck below to conceal some writing. There are also tape marks. The half title page is heavily foxed with foxing to some margins with more to the first half and last few pages of the book. The text block has some foxing too.The binding is very tight.
Dust wrapper/ The front cover has a 1.5cm closed tear to the top left hand corner, this has been taped to the rear. There are rubs to the top and bottom of the front flap hinge with a tiny chip to the top.The top and bottom edges are slightly rubbed. The top of the spine has edge loss with rubs, this has been taped. The bottom of the spine has been taped. There is a tiny chip to the rear cover corner.There is a tape mark to the bottom of the spine under the title. The rear panel is a little grubby. The top of the rear flap hinge has a tiny chip. Not price cut.The rear of the jacket is foxed with a signature to the front flap./2167
